'We got over it, and I learned then that conflict doesn’t end up in divorce. It’s okay to disagree. Just do it nicely. No yelling, no name-calling, and no cheap stabs at each other’s family. My heart rate still spikes when I hear yelling. On the upside, over the course of my marriage, my anxiety when it comes to conflict is reducing. Fighting fair is an act of love in itself.'

Sometimes, fighting makes a couple understand each other.
Not communicating, that's a huge problem.
And to give up a fight, is a shameful act of cowardice
